Epsom salt on a wet face brings down inflammation just like on a swollen wound.

Also, very moisturizing!

In between toning and moisturizing,

just wet your face,

mix salt and a teeeensy bit of water,

and slather on for 5 minutes.

GREAT for those monthly breakouts.
